    Envelope originally franked with 10 cents 5th printing sent from "ST.THOMAS 4.10 1892" to Philadelphia. Returned via New York with a US 1 c. due stamp canc. "PHILADELPHIA PA E". Violet "INCONNU" on reverse and on the front oval "CANNOT BE FOUND". Both stamps with small imperfections of little importance. RARE MIXED FRANKING.
