Very fine cover from "RIGA 23.FEB.1832" (Julian) to PARIS in France (arrival "ALLEMAGNE ERQ.PARIS 10.MARS", Gregorian) franked with 1 + 10 kopek horizontal laid paper and 3 x 3 kopek vertical laid paper (one 3 kopek missing corner). Paying 20 kopek rate to France. 4 S.Gr. to Germany. Archive fold not touching the stamps. Signed Maslowski. VERY FINE and RARE mixed franking cover .
