Description
Ferslew 2 RBS in lower left corner Plate II No. 31 type 7 on a very fresh and beautiful footpost cover with distinct mute canc. and blue "F:P: 16.8.51". This placement of the stamp would have invalidated it within the national postal system, but these regulations did not apply for the footpost and the letter was accepted without charge for the receiver. Only 3-4 covers demonstrate this praxis for footpost. Cert. Lasse Nielsen. VERY FINE - SUPERB.Sold at Auction
