Inverted Center Emanuele Filiberto. In 1928, at the Post Office in
the province of Bologna one sheet of 50 was sold of this stamp with
inverted center. Most of the known copies are used as well as some
without gum (probably from letters not cancelled). Only two
copies with full original gum are known to exist. This is
considered the best one, very fresh and with very light trace of a
hinge. Sass. # 228a In €250.000. Certs. Sorani & Colla as well as
