Description
Double Silk Threads Number one, 1 schilling with variety: double vertical silk threads. This stamp is from position 12 in the sheet of 80 stamps. The variety has been noted in Michel for many years, though numerous collectors have questioned its existence. The degree of rarity can be explained by the position in the sheet, indicating that originally 8 stamps in the second vertical row got the double silk thread. Based on the normal survival rate of classic stamps, the other seven copies are probably lost, making this the only one still existing. Unpriced in Michel. Cert. Møller. GREAT RARITYLive Auction

Description
White Gum with Unique Postmark Exceptional 3 cents carmine rose plate I, No. 22 with major cliché flaw in NE triangle, cancelled twice. First by a weak well placed mute 5-ring killer, probably due to the weak canc. a thorough postal clerk upon arrival in the Duchy of Schleswig, properly obliterated it with the Danish type numeral "16" of Flensburg. The stamp has the distinct bright colour that is significant for stamps with the white gum applied in Copenhagen. This is the only known DWI stamp with this postmark. Cert. Møller.
